Just Confirmed: the "rumor 'round town" that the "old" Library building on Main Street, which reverted to the Brainard Family when the new Library opened, has been offered to the Village of Waterville, free of charge.
Yes: and the municipality has accepted the offer with the option of returning ownership to the Brainards if no practical use has been found for the structure within one year's time.
